Back in 1992, WCW was an interesting place. Ric Flair, who was the hood ornament for WCW for years was now in the WWF. Ricky Steamboat was back, Sting stepped up as a top guy, and Rick Rude came into the "company down south" to be a main eventer. Also, while the WWF's leader was constant with Vince McMahon, WCW was on their 3rd (maybe 4th?) leader within the last few years with Bill Watts at the helm. In the news, the World Bodybuilding Federation was tanking, Lex Luger was in a major motorcycle wreck, the future Razor Ramon and Yokozuna come into the WWF, a future Mexican legend makes his in-ring debut, Sid can't find a job, and more!
