BONUS: WCW Thunder, 04-26-00 (Arquette Wins the World Title)

Yes...this is THAT SHOW. Not only did the main event of the secondary show involve a tag-team match for the WCW World Heavyweight Title, but a Hollywood actor pinned the President of the company to win the belt. Yup...this is all real. This would also be the third title change in less than 2 weeks. WCW was dead at this point, but this just really drove the knife in deeper, making sure that body was a corpse. Beyond this, we've got Ernest Miller in action against Bam Bam Bigelow, Billy Kidman continuing his feud with Hulk Hogan (through ANOTHER Hogan), Sting in a Tables match against The Wall (that actually happened), Tammy (AKA, Sunny) "wrestles" against Paisley (AKA, Sharmell), and everyone gets a run-in and an afterbirth to their matches. Episode 150: WCW Spring Stampede 1998

We're taking a trip down memory lane to revisit one of the least memorable events in WCW history, Spring Stampede 1998. You'd think that with the list of big names on this show, it would've been a hit, but that didn't work for us, BROTHER! There were some good matches, like Booker T vs. Chris Benoit, Ultimo Dragon vs. Chavo Guerrero, Chris Jericho vs. Prince Iaukea for the Cruiserweight Title, and even Raven vs. DDP for the US Title was a mess...but a fun mess. Other than that, Rick Steiner and Lex Luger continued their boring feud with Scott Steiner and Buff Bagwell while the heels faked injuries, Curt Hennig and British Bulldog put on a bland match that was secondary to the shenanigans outside the ring, a severely injured Macho Man faced Sting to a meh match in the main event, and Hollywood Hogan teams with Kevin Nash to take on The Giant and Roddy Piper in a Baseball Bat on a Pole match...and it sucked a high, hard one. The NWO is exploding here, so at least we'd soon get the Wolfpack. Episode 149: ECW Barely Legal 1997

This may be one of the greatest ECW shows ever and was their very first ever pay-per-view. Terry Funk takes on the Sandman and Stevie Richards in a 3-Way Dance where the winner will face Raven in the main event for the ECW Title. This was a big, crowning moment not only for Funk but also for the company as a whole. Shane Douglas and Pitbull #2 had a brutal brawl over Douglas breaking Pitbull #1's neck. Episode 148: TNA Lockdown 2005 (The First Lockdown)

This was the first ever Lockdown event in TNA history, where every...single...match was contested inside of a steel cage. And ya know...it wasn't bad! Jeff Hardy and Raven have a match that is pretty much a "hat on a hat" as they have a Tables match inside of the Six Sides of Steel. AJ Styles and Abyss have a brutal match to determine who will face the NWA Champion at Hard Justice. America's Most Wanted defends the NWA Tag-Team Titles against Team Canada's Petey Williams and Eric Young. Bobby Roode and Dustin Rhodes face off in a 2-out-of-3 falls match where for the 3rd fall, they have to wear blindfolds. ... Yes, that's real. Also, STOP ME IF YOU'VE HEARD THIS ONE BEFORE! Kevin Nash has to pull out of a match due to injury. So, "Team Nash" in Lethal Lockdown consists of DDP, Sean Waltman, and BG James. Also, unfortunately, Chris Candido suffers an injury on this show that will end his life. This was...A SHOW... It was the night Bully Ray shocked no one except or Hulk and Brooke Hogan, revealing that he's was the true leader of the Aces & Eights. This may be the second greatest WrestleMania of all time. Episode 144: WCW Uncensored 1995

This may be one of the worst piece of crap shows any major wrestling company has ever produced. It's not for having a lack of star power, because we've got Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Vader, Macho Man, Sting, Jim Duggan, and more on this event. The problem is that WCW tried putting stupid stipulations on every match and it ruined a lot of it. They also didn't follow many of the rules that were put in place. Arn Anderson took on Johnny B. Badd in a Boxer vs. Wrestler match, Randy Savage faces Avalanche in a No DQ match (that ends in a way you wouldn't expect), Harlem Heat take on the Nasty Boys pretty much in a Concession Stand Brawl, and Hulk Hogan takes on Vader in a Strap match. Hogan will also introduce his "ultimate surprise," which is Ultimate Warrior look-alike, the Renegade. Also, let's not forget, not a single title was on the line all night. Good crap, pal!
